Our staff strive to provide the perfect balance between assistance and independence.
Enclave East
Our community takes great pride in in our specialized dementia care for the moderate to severely cognitively impaired individuals. Our staff are specifically trained weekly in dementia care and are dedicated to providing a unique and individualized approach in caring for your loved one. For those individuals who like to wander, families have the peace of mind knowing we provide a secure and safe environment. We offer both indoor and outdoor suites. Our residents enjoy a shaded patio with lots of courtyard space and walking paths with plenty of shade to enjoy the fresh air. Our activity program is designed to be interactive and engaging to our resident through purposeful activity.
Enclave West
Our behavioral model of care emphasizes the use of specific interventions in treating challenging behaviors along with individualized care plans. Our experienced professional team is provided extensive training and program oversight by our Clinical Director Dr. Julia Lesselyong, PsyD, which includes 24 hour on-call crisis management. Our approach to care is non-pharmacological. We strive to minimize the use of psychoactive medications in treating our residents and use a more person-centered approach.
This quality program was specially designed to provide a therapeutic living experience for persons with a major cognitive impairment and who exhibit challenges at a moderate level of behavioral acuity. Our team approach includes the best available medical, behavioral, and milieu practices.
The Crossings
The Crossings is a secured environment for those residents with non-dementia but exhibit behaviors. Under the direction of our Clinical Director, Dr Julia Lesselyong, PsyD, the behavioral team identifies, monitors, and modifies those behaviors that are not acceptable in the community. In the security of our unit, it is our goal to provide a safe, stable and consistent environment for our residents. All staff are trained and receive continuing education specific to our residents’ needs on a weekly basis.
Hospice and Home Health Care
Paseo Village has preferred partners with Home Health and Hospice providers in the community, but is open to family/resident preferences. We are able to continue to care for your loved ones even if placed on Hospice.
